Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every item we make. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have
60 calendar days from the delivery date to return your purchase—
free of charge.

1. Eligibility

  • All items are eligible as long as they are in new, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  • Original tags and packaging (if applicable) should be included.
  • Personalized or custom-printed items are returnable unless noted otherwise on the product page.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@avanthe.com with your order number and the
    reason for return, or submit the request via our Contact Us page.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within one U.S. business day.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund method: Original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know in your initial email; exchanges ship free once the return is accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong size or a defective print? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a clear photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including any upgrade shipping fees you paid.

5. Non-Returnable Exceptions

Gift cards and digital downloads can’t be returned or refunded.
