Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Add your favorite items to the cart, click “Checkout with PayPal,” and follow the secure PayPal prompts to complete payment.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—if your order has not entered production. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase with your
order number and the changes you need.
Shipping
3. How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 5–7 business days after 1–2 business-day handling. All U.S. orders ship free.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship within the United States only.
5. Where can I find my tracking number?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once the package leaves our Houston, TX fulfillment
center. You can also enter your order details on the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day free return window on all items. Products must be unwashed, unworn,
and in original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@avanthe.com with your order number and reason for return,
or use the form on our Contact Us page. We’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day.

8. What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel runs from XS to 5XL. Size availability appears on each product page, along with a detailed size chart.
9. Are your designs officially licensed?
No. Our graphics are original fan-made artwork not affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark holders of referenced properties.
Payments
10. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with any major debit/credit card linked to your PayPal account or checkout as a guest.
