📦 Order Processing

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM Centra Time are processed the same business day.
• Handling Time: Please allow 1–2  business days for us to prepare and pack your order.

🚚 Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 4–7  business days
• Shipping Fee: Free on all U.S. orders — no minimum required

Once your package leaves our Houston, TX fulfillment center, you’ll receive an
email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Important Notes

• Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
• During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas) delivery times may be extended.
• We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
