Return & Refund Policy
At Avanthe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective item
- Incorrect size or product (due to our error)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
Please email us at support@avanthe.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Note: As our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or incorrect size ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or PayPal before contacting us.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to a mistake on our part (wrong size, misprint, defect), please contact us and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Orders with incorrect size or design selected by the customer
